welil is a directory and community for beauty and wellness businesses in the United States. It helps you discover salons, spas and studios, read and write reviews, save places and share your experiences.

Business information on welil comes from publicly available sources, from business owners and from our members. We work to keep it accurate, but hours, prices, services and other details can change. Please confirm important details directly with the business before you visit or book.

welil does not provide, endorse or guarantee any business or service listed on the site. Content on welil is for general information only and is not medical, health or professional advice; talk to a qualified professional before any treatment.

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. If you are under 18, you may use welil only with the involvement of a parent or guardian.

Please give accurate information, keep your password secure and tell us right away if you think your account has been used without your permission. You are responsible for activity on your account. Each account is for one person.

You keep ownership of the reviews, posts, photos, comments and other content you share on welil ("your content").

By sharing your content, you give welil a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, store, display, reproduce, adapt (for example resize or translate) and distribute it in connection with operating and promoting the Service. This licence ends when you delete the content or your account, except for copies that others have already shared, that are kept for legal reasons, or that remain in backups for a limited time.

You confirm that you have the rights to what you share and that it does not violate anyone else’s rights or any law.

Reviews help people choose with confidence, so they must reflect genuine, first-hand experiences. When you use welil, you agree not to:

• post fake, misleading or paid-for reviews, or reviews of a business you own, work for or compete with;
• offer or accept money, discounts or other rewards in exchange for a review, or pressure anyone to change or remove a review;
• post content that is harassing, hateful, threatening, sexually explicit, violent or illegal;
• share other people’s private information, or impersonate anyone;
• post spam, advertising or links unrelated to the conversation;
• upload content you do not have the right to share.

You may post one review per business and update it at any time. We may remove content that breaks these Terms or the law, and limit, suspend or close accounts that do so. You can report posts that concern you, and we review reports promptly.

If you claim or submit a business, you confirm that you are authorised to act for it and that the information you provide is accurate. Claims are reviewed before they are approved.

Promotions must be truthful and honoured as described. Business owners may not post reviews of their own business, ask customers only for positive reviews, offer incentives for reviews, or try to suppress honest negative reviews.

A business may ask us to correct or remove information about it by contacting us.

welil links to business websites, booking systems, maps and other third-party services. Bookings and purchases happen with those third parties under their own terms, and welil is not responsible for their services, content or practices.

The welil name, logo, design and software belong to welil. Please do not copy, scrape or collect content from the Service in bulk by automated means, interfere with its security or operation, or use it for any unlawful purpose.

If you believe content on welil infringes your copyright, email us with: your contact details; a description of the copyrighted work; the link to the content; a statement that you believe in good faith that the use is not authorised; a statement, under penalty of perjury, that your notice is accurate and that you are the owner or authorised to act for the owner; and your physical or electronic signature. We respond to valid notices under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act.

You can stop using welil and delete your account at any time from your account settings. We may suspend or end access for anyone who breaks these Terms or puts other users or the Service at risk.

welil is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we make no warranties of any kind, express or implied, including about the accuracy of listings or member content, or that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, welil will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service or from any business you find through it. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to one hundred U.S. dollars (US$100). Some jurisdictions do not allow these limitations, so they may not apply to you.

You agree to indemnify welil against claims arising from your content or your breach of these Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and of the state in which welil is established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will change the date at the top of this page and, for significant changes, let members know by email or on the site. Continuing to use welil after an update means you accept the new Terms.
